Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between you and TNC, you must follow TNC`s guidelines as follows: please read this agreement carefully; it is a binding contract. If a provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is adopted and the other provisions are applied. Titles are used only for reference purposes and do not define, limit, construct or in any way describe the scope or scope of such a section. TNC`s failure to comply with these Terms of Use by you or others does not waive TNC`s right to act in connection with subsequent or similar errors. These terms of use define the entire agreement and agreement between you and TNC regarding the purpose of this Agreement. Any means or claims you have with respect to this agreement or this website must be launched within six (6) months from the date of the application or means, or any request or means is excluded. TNC reserves the right to require all legal and capital remedies in the event of a breach of this Agreement, including, but not exclusively, the right to block access from a given Internet address. E-mail messages on the Internet may not be secure. Please do not send personal or confidential information to TNC by email. You`ll find information about how TNC uses your data in our privacy statement. The Nature Conservancy and other trademarks are registered in several other countries including, but not only: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Taiwan and Venezuela.
